1. Acceptance of terms and conditions

By using the www.bestbooking.com.au web site (" Web site") and all services of Best Booking system('the System") you agree to be bound by the following Terms and Conditions ("Terms and Conditions"). Easy Training Pty Ltd ( "Company") reserves the right to change the "Terms and Conditions" from time to time.

2. Subscription

2.1. You agree to ensure that your registration details are true and accurate at all times. Specifically, you must notify us of any change to the registration details originally supplied.
2.2. We reserve the right to terminate your subscription if, at any time, you breach the Terms and Conditions.
2.3. We may in our discretion sub-contract the performance of this agreement or any part of this agreement.
3. Account terms

3.1. You must be 18 years or older to use Best Booking services.
3.2. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and password. Best Booking doesn't accept any liability for any loss or damage from your failure to comply with this security obligation.

4. Updates

Our goal is to update and improve the System constantly. All updates will be provided to you at no additional cost. All updates and new features will be subject to these Terms and Conditions. You agree that the Company assumes no responsibility for any deletion, misdelivery, timeliness or failure in relation to the use of communications or storage.

5. General Conditions

5.1. In consideration of your use of the Site and the System, you agree:
not to use Web site and the System for any unlawful purposes;
to make no claim against the Company for:
the failure of a booking, for whatever reason;
the conduct or behaviour of your clients;
the loss of any data stored by us;
any financial loss caused by any reason.
• that any disputes between the System users must be addressed between those users and Best Booking does not accept any responsibility;
• that Best Booking does not accept any responsibility for any content or links within a subscribers personalised Best Booking systems, or for any services, claims or products displayed;
• not to use any trademarks, names, logos or materials you are not legally entitled to use;
• that technical support is only available via email;
• not to reproduce, duplicate, copy or sell any portion of the System, use of the System, or access to the System without obtaining a written permission of Best Booking.
5.2. Best Booking does not warrant that:
• the service will meet your specific requirements;
• products and services obtained by you through our services will meet your expectations.

6. Payments

• We offer a number of different packages that vary in terms of price, products and services included. You may subscribe to any of these packages.
• For access to and use of the System, you agree to pay all fees and charges specified in your Order Form.
• The current fee for the Service is specified in your Order Form
• We reserve the right to amend the terms and conditions of this Agreement, including package components, products and fees, at any time. You will be given written notice of any changes to our fees or package component.
• Service fees for the initial month of the Term are payable from the Contract Start Date specified on your Order Form. Fees for subsequent months are payable in advance.
• You hereby authorise the Company to debit the Subscription Fees and other charges payable under this Agreement automatically as required.
• You agree to pay any legal or other fees and costs arising from any efforts Best Booking will make to collect any debts from you, including legal fees.
• There is no refund on Set Up fees or subscription fees.
• You agree and acknowledge that the initial Set Up payment shall become due on the nominated start date ( the billing start date). Subsequent subscription payments shall become due in successive monthly on the same day of the month as the billing start date.
• You acknowledge and agree that the Company may suspend the System if the payment doesn't occur. Any such suspension of services shall not discharge the Customer's obligation to pay for the services provided up to and through the date of suspension.
• You acknowledge and agree that 60 days notice of intention to terminate is required.
• You acknowledge and agree that Best Booking may, in our absolute discretion, require an increase in Subscription fees for continued use of the System or a closure of account.
• You agree that the Company does not accept responsibility for any interference or damage to your own computer system, software programs or files which arises in connection with your use of the Site or any linked web site.

7. Termination by the Company

The Company may without notice to you discontinue any or all aspects of the System or restrict your use of the System in whole or in part in any of the following circumstances:-
• you breach any term of this Agreement;
• your use of the System is not for legitimate purposes, or your use of the System violates any laws or regulation;
• you fail to pay your Subscription Fees we may terminate this agreement and you will loose your account with loss of all stored information.

8. Termination by You

You may cancel your subscription anytime by giving us 60 day notice in writing. It is your responsibility to export all data prior to cancelling as all stored data will be deleted.

9. Amendments to Terms and Conditions

The Company reserves the right at any time and from time to time to modify or discontinue, temporarily or permanently, the Service (or any part thereof) with or without notice, and to amend these Terms and Conditions from time to time.

10 Signing your Order Form

By signing your Order Form, you acknowledge that you have read, understand and accept the above Terms and Conditions
